Dear Juno, You're just a 16 year old girl in high school already having sex. I mean did you not get the memo that just one time with no condom can lead to pregnancy. You know you're taught about sex education in middle school and high school why not learn something out of it. Juno you know condoms exist so why don’t you use one, if you can afford 2 pregnancy tests from Rollo at the market I think you can afford some condoms. If you didn't know in the Roe v. Wade case, the right for a women to have the privacy of their decision to abort was established. Luckily you have some knowledge of your three options you have when you get pregnant abortion, adoption, or keeping it. Before this was established in states people would go to extreme measures to abort their babies and in some cases the mother would die as well. I am glad you didn’t get the abortion and had thoughts of giving the baby up for adoption to someone who can actually take care of it. I agree with the decision you made of adoption. Didn’t even know you could find that on a pennysaver. You still aren’t prepared to take care of someone else when you can barely take care of yourself. Think of the cost, the attention the baby needs, and your education, can you handle all of that? You are still in the process of maturing, why not focus on your love for music. If I were in the situation that you were in I would do the same thing by giving it up for adoption because I wouldn’t be able to provide the necessities the baby would need. Remember you are still 16 and you have a bright future ahead of you don’t make the mistake again. Next time I hope your pregnancy is well planned and hopefully your still with Bleeker.
